Amazon has spent many years establishing and perfecting a fast, efficient and flexible next-day delivery network, serving its extensive e-commerce marketplace. Through Amazon Shipping, this experience and expertise is being made available to online retailers operating outside amazon.co.uk – whether that’s on a different marketplace or their own website.
After commissioning an extensive research study into online shopper behaviour, Amazon Shipping wanted to present its findings to industry leaders in a compelling and easily digestible format. The aim was to establish itself as a thought leader in the e-commerce delivery sector, while at the same time driving lead generation through data capture.
What Bright did
After streamlining and beautifying the data-heavy reports into easy-to-understand, downloadable white papers, Bright’s creative and content teams worked closely with Amazon Shipping to create a full suite of marketing assets. This included email marketing, sponsored LinkedIn posts, ghost-written editorial, scriptwriting and the design of a Microsoft PowerPoint webinar presentation.
We also worked closely with the Amazon Shipping digital team, designing and populating a dedicated landing page to receive all traffic, encourage sign-ups and provide users with easy access to their free download.
The result was a compelling thought leadership campaign that played an important role in raising awareness of the Amazon Shipping brand and, as a result, garnering new business leads.
